Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive (Vestech) to develop and execute strategic sales plans for Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and other BU-covered regions.

The role focuses on building a strong pipeline, pursuing new opportunities in commercial, industrial and residential solar sectors, and guiding tenders end-to-end. You will manage partners, channel relationships and key accounts, coordinate with technical teams for proposals and BOQs, and represent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities with quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for updates and client interactions.
• Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays if required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and other BU regions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential solar sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct site assessments and present tailored solar PV proposals to clients.
• Lead end-to-end tender preparation and negotiate profitable contracts.
