Job summary

VIQ APPAREL SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing Executive specializing in Social Media & Digital Content.

You will manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, plan content calendars, and craft engaging videos and posts that reflect the brand’s image. You’ll write captions, respond to inquiries, and monitor performance to support campaigns. The role requires a Diploma/degree in Marketing or related fields, proficiency with CapCut and Canva, and strong English with Bahasa Malaysia copy.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Proficient in CapCut and Canva for video/content creation.

Responsibilities

Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and maintain content calendars.
Develop creative content ideas and create engaging videos, Reels, photos, and Stories.
Write captions and publish content with consistent brand voice across channels.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on trends to boost brand awareness and audience interaction.
Monitor performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement and growth.
Support campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Ensure content aligns with brand image, tone, and marketing objectives.
