Job summary

DILOOMA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and manage monthly calendars tied to campaigns. You will handle video production end-to-end and stay ahead of trends to generate fresh ideas.

The role requires a relevant degree and 1–2 years of content creation experience, with strong English and Bahasa Melayu communication. Mandarin is a plus, and you will coordinate with marketing on campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Professional certificate/diploma/bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film, Marketing, Communications, or Multimedia.
• 1–2 years of relevant content creation experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in video editing and graphic design tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe).
• Strong creative skills to develop engaging content ideas.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars based on marketing campaigns.
• Handle video production, including scriptwriting, shooting, lighting, audio setup, and editing.
• Stay updated on social media trends and develop creative content ideas.
• Manage company social media accounts, schedule posts, and maintain brand consistency.
• Design simple promotional materials, including posters and digital ads.
• Monitor content performance (views, engagement, followers, conversions).
• Respond to audience comments and direct messages when required.
• Assist in planning, managing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales on promotional campaigns and events.
