Job summary

I Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You will create engaging content, perform basic photography/videography, and edit videos for social platforms.

The role requires a proactive, creative individual with a passion for digital marketing and content creation, capable of working independently or in a team. Immediate start with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM/ Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing.
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Able to communicate effectively and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content to promote the company's printing services and customised merchandise.
• Conduct basic product photography and videography for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Perform basic video editing, including cutting clips, adding text and music, and exporting videos in suitable formats for social media.
• Assist in developing creative marketing ideas, promotional campaigns, and content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Participate as a supporting live host during TikTok Live or other social media livestream sessions when required.
• Promote products effectively by highlighting product features, benefits, and suitable selling points to attract potential customers.
• Conduct quality checks on newly arrived products to ensure they meet the required standards before promotion or distribution.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist in evaluating content performance.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing materials and support ongoing promotional activities.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the management.
