Youvit Malaysia invites applications for a content and social media associate to grow online presence and drive traffic to Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. You will craft posts, manage the content calendar, engage with the community, and coordinate with micro-influencers and affiliates.

The role requires a diploma/degree in marketing or related field, 2 years in content/social media, and proficiency in CapCut/Canva. Written English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2 years experience; internship or freelance content/social media experience acceptable
• Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok content trends and native content style
• Basic content creation/editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Good written English and Bahasa Malaysia; able to write engaging captions
• Organized, able to manage multiple KOL/affiliate relationships simultaneously
• Bonus: prior FMCG, beauty, or health/wellness brand experience; experience with Shopee/TikTok Shop affiliate programs

Responsabilités

• Produce content for social media (photo, short-form video, captions) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
• Manage day-to-day posting calendar and community engagement
• Identify, onboard and coordinate with micro-influencers/KOLs and affiliates for content and livestreams
• Support execution of promotional campaigns tied to marketplace calendars
• Track basic content/social metrics and report weekly
• Coordinate with design/video freelancers or agencies as needed
• Assist with partnership admin (contracts, product seeding logistics, payment tracking for affiliates/KOLs)
