Job summary

Maybank is sourcing for new SME customers under the SME segment for loan exposure up to RM20m, with a focus on growing the SME portfolio and contributing to revenue growth. The role involves active participation in campaign activities to promote SME products and building strong relationships with customers, branches and stakeholders.

You will drive fee-based income through cross-selling Insurance and Commercial Cards, perform KYC and credit analysis due diligence, and ensure high-quality loan

Qualifications

• Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and due diligence on market & credit analysis.
• Adhere to asset quality parameters at all times.
• Ensure quality processing of loan applications within Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Foster positive customer relationships and initiate regular customer visitation.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing for new SME customers under SME segment for loans with exposure up to RM20m.
• Grow the SME portfolio (exposure up to RM20m) in SME Banking, contributing to revenue growth.
• Actively participate in campaign activities to promote SME products and maintain rapport with customers, branches and stakeholders.
• Drive and generate fee-based income from cross-selling Insurance and Commercial Cards through product bundling.
• Conduct KYC, due diligence on market & credit analysis, and adhere to asset quality parameters at all times.
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications within stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Foster positive relationships with customers and initiate regular customer visitation to establish better rapport.
• Continuously build and maintain relationships with local communities within the business areas.
