Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia is seeking an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to manage the SME portfolio in Selangor. You will work to meet personal and business targets while cross-selling banking products and services to support customer growth.

The role requires prior lending and relationship management experience in Commercial/SME/Corporate banking, with a focus on delivering tailored financial solutions and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate or those with 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how.
Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager).
Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager).

Responsibilities

Manage the assigned SME portfolio to meet personal and business centre targets.
Continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products and services to meet customer needs and financial objectives.
Acquire new quality loan and deposit customers.
Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
Comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
Collaborate with product specialists to enhance utilization of banking facilities including Trade, Forex, and Cash Management Solutions.
