Qualifications

• 2-3 years' sales experience, preferably in banking/financial services
• Strong knowledge of SME financing products and business lending
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
• Strong negotiation and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new SME business opportunities in Penang/Northern Region
• Present and promote SME financing products to prospective clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with SME clients
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations tailored to financing needs
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and product teams for onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads
