Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive SME deposits and FOREX revenue, while actively acquiring new high-value relationships. The role focuses on achieving deposit growth and fee-based income targets, and requires strong relationship management to ensure superior customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2C sales experience, strong business acumen, and multilingual communication abilities. Diploma or degree qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field; relevant finance background preferred.
• Strong business acumen, proactive and highly motivated.
• Aggressive, performance-driven self-starter with 3–5 years B2C sales experience.
• Multilanguage/dialect communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales of deposits and FOREX to meet SME financial needs (fee-based income).
• Proactively acquire new relationship (NTB) for high value customers.
• Drive deposits, identify business opportunities and meet targets.
• Achieve assigned deposit growth and fee-based income targets for high value non-borrowing business customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure excellent customer experience.
