Job summary

Alliance Bank is seeking a driven sales professional to grow deposits and fee-based income for SME clients. The role focuses on proactive NTB acquisitions, driving deposits, and building lasting relationships to meet targets and ensure excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of strong B2C sales experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to speak multiple languages to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Aggressive and performance driven personality
• Preferably to be able to converse in Multilanguage/ dialects
• Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in business-to-consumer sales with proven track record

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales of deposits and FOREX (fee-based income)to meet financial needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME)
• Proactivelyacquire new relationship (NTB) for high value customer.
• Actively drive for deposits, identify business opportunities and ensure targets allocated are met.
• Achieving the assigned deposit growth and fee-based income targetfor high value non-borrowing business customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationship to ensure desirable customer experience and satisfaction.
