Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar industry or consulting with a track record in System Support & Sales Management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with numbers, reporting and analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office; advanced Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate process and system enhancements for the loan origination system with stakeholders and vendors.
• Conduct UAT for bug fixes and improvements in the LOS.
• Assist sales team with queries or bugs in the LOS.
• Identify gaps and gather requirements from daily queries and fixes.
• End-to-end system enhancement implementation including UAT scripts and post-production checks.
