Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned professional to join the SME Banking Business Transformation team. You will enhance and implement loan origination system solutions to ensure a smooth loan submission experience for the sales team and maintain daily production health.

The role covers system enhancements, UAT, and close collaboration with stakeholders and vendors. Strong communication, analytic skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Malaysian Citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar industry and/or consulting with a proven track record in System Support & Sales Management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to convey complex information at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with numbers, reporting and analysis.
• Strong MS Office knowledge – Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and implement LOS solutions for SME Banking.
• Conduct UAT for LOS bug fixes and improvements.
• Support sales with LOS queries and bug resolutions.
• Identify gaps and gather LOS requirements from daily sales queries.
• Transform sales performance tracking with daily Excel reports.
• Collaborate with vendor on LOS data and reporting.
