Job summary

CIMB is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive marketing, solicitation, and retention of business deposits across branches in Malaysia. You will leverage telemarketing and lead generation to target SMEs while cross-selling loans, wealth management, deposits, and credit cards.

Build long-term relationships and contribute to marketing campaigns to promote banking products. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business/Finance with 3+ years in financial services sales, excellent English and BM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales within Financial Services, preferably at Senior Executive level.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language a plus.
• Proven ability to write compelling credit proposals in English.
• Knowledge of banking products and services with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, sales driven and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive the marketing, solicitation, and retention of business deposits at branches, leveraging telemarketing and lead generation to target SMEs.
• Engage actively in cross-selling a range of bank products and services, including business loans, wealth management solutions, structured deposits, credit cards, and more.
• Contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns and activities to promote our products and services.
• Maximize customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term business relationships with Business Deposits clients.
• Generate valuable leads and referrals for other sales teams or departments, expanding opportunities beyond the immediate scope.
