Job summary

Eagle Secure Tech Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Sales Technician to support smart lock installations and after-sales service. You will handle customer inquiries, perform on-site demonstrations, and contribute to growing our regional presence in Malaysia and Singapore.

Ideal candidates are tech‑savvy, able to travel to customer sites, and comfortable engaging customers in Mandarin, English, or Bahasa Malaysia. Night standby and commission-based incentives are offered.

Qualifications

Interest in smart technology and technical servicing.
Experience with woodworking or metalworking tools is an advantage.
Willingness to participate in scheduled night-time standby duties and travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on smart lock systems.
Diagnose faults and repair or replace faulty components.
Test systems before handover and ensure compliance with plans and safety requirements.
Explain system operation and basic troubleshooting; respond to service calls and provide after-sales support.
Prepare service reports, test results, configuration records, and customer acceptance documentation.
Report issues or delays and ensure work meets requirements.
