Job summary

Dasher Smart Clean in Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to promote smart home products, explain features, and assist walk-in customers. You will stay updated on product knowledge, work five days a week with shift rotation, and be part of a fast-moving team that loves gadgets and customer service.

You will join a team supported by training, with performance bonuses, medical and staff benefits, and opportunities for growth in e-commerce and retail branding as we expand

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English and 中文.
• Able to work 5-Day a week, shift rotation.
• Assist customers enquiry, introduce our product to walk in customers.
• A bubbly, cheerful and joy personality.
• Passion for smart home technology and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies.
• Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
• Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly.
• To establish strong presence of DASHER branding and provide high quality services to customer.
