Job summary

Eagle Secure Tech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Sales Technician in Malaysia to support our smart lock solutions across residential and commercial sites.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and travel to customer sites while delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are comfortable with night standby duties, willing to travel, and able to liaise with the technical team in Mandarin, English, or Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• An interest in smart technology, technical servicing.
• Experience using woodworking or metalworking tools is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to participate in scheduled night-time standby duties, including responding to customer enquiries, troubleshooting remotely, and attending on-site service calls when required.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with technical team from China.
• A practical approach to troubleshooting, with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a patient, professional approach to customer service.
• Self-motivated team player with a focus on sales and customer relations.
• A responsible, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new products and continuously improve technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and repair or replace faulty components.
• Test systems before handover and ensure work meets approved plans, manufacturer guidelines, company standards, and site safety requirements.
• Explain system operation and basic troubleshooting clearly, respond to service calls, and provide after-sales technical support.
• Prepare checklists, service reports, test results, configuration records, and customer acceptance documentation.
• Report technical issues, delays, and work that does not meet requirements promptly.
