ITMAX SYSTEM BERHAD is seeking a Business Development Executive (Parking) to identify and pursue new public sector opportunities, focusing on smart city and digital infrastructure initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. You will research market trends, support tender submissions, and engage with government agencies and municipal councils.

The role requires 0-2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the public sector.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and e-tender platforms (e.g., G*Tender).
• Knowledge of Smart City technologies, Digital Infrastructure, or Municipal Services is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn about public sector digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector.
• Conduct market research on smart city trends, public sector needs, and competitor activities.
• Support the preparation and submission of business proposals, tender documents (RFI, RFQ, RFP), presentations, and client materials.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, and briefings with government agencies and municipal councils.
• Monitor government plans, initiatives, and grant opportunities relevant to smart city solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, legal) to align solution offerings with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and project pipelines using CRM tools.
• Provide administrative and coordination support during project implementation and maintain strong client relationships post-award.
