Responsibilities

• Pre-Job Briefing: Apply PTW daily before work at site and discuss PTW scopes, hazards, and daily control measures.
• Lead Daily On-Site Resources: Organize, schedule, and assign daily workloads for general site workers, technicians, and sub-contractors.
• Manage Site Logistics: Oversee material deliveries, verify technical specifications of inventory arrivals, and coordinate heavy machinery deployment.
• Sequencing Controls: Ensure trade handovers move smoothly without bottlenecks across different construction zones.
• Technical Blueprint Alignment: Interpret and analyze structural, architectural, or M&E drawings to guide field construction accurately.
• Defect Prevention: Perform zone-by-zone inspections to catch quality deviations early and manage the punch-list.
• Handovers: Coordinate with consultants, inspectors, and engineers for structural sign-offs.
• Conduct Morning Briefings: Lead daily toolbox huddles to detail daily production quotas, work methods, and localized hazards.
• Performance Control: Maintain tight logs for worker attendance, enforce behavioral boundaries on-site, and resolve sub-contractor disputes.
• Zero-Harm Enforcement: Conduct safety audits to eliminate hazards and ensure 100% adherence to PPE policies and building regulations.
• Incident Protocols: Act as the first responder for site incidents, handling first-aid response and generating formal incident paperwork.
• Daily Progress: Compile detailed daily site progress reports, weather logs, delays, and photo evidence for Project Managers.
