Job summary

LK Global Engineering seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil and maintenance activities at project/client sites in Johor. You will lead and monitor workers, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring works follow drawings, specifications, and schedules.

The role requires reading drawings, strong leadership, coordination and communication skills, and willingness to travel to sites as needed. You will contribute to safety compliance and quality control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in civil engineering or related field.
• Able to read and understand drawings and work instructions.
• Good leadership, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil & maintenance activities at project/client site.
• Lead and monitor workers, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, work instructions and schedules.
• Ensure safety procedures, PTW, PPE and site rules are followed.
• Attend toolbox meetings and briefings; report technical issues to engineers.

Supervise daily civil & maintenance activities at the project/client site. Lead and monitor workers, subcontractors, and site personnel. Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, work instructions, and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate C&S works including repair, replacement, installation, dismantling, fabrication, and troubleshooting
• Monitor manpower, tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, Engineers, maintenance teams, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PTW requirements, PPE, and site rules
• Conduct and participate in toolbox meetings and daily work briefings
• Identify technical issues and report them to the Engineer / Project Manager
• Inspect completed works to ensure quality and client requirements are met
• Assist Engineers in preparing method statements, risk assessments, work schedules, and maintenance plans
• Attend tender briefings and assist with quotation preparation when required

About you

• Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in civil, construction, or maintenance works
• Able to read and understand drawings and work instructions
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Willing to work at project/client sites and travel when required
