Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensure compliance with drawings and safety standards, and coordinate with engineers and contractors to maintain smooth construction progress.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management with 2–5 years of site supervision experience, and strong leadership and communication skills for on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience in construction/engineering projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, including subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors for smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies (HSE).
• Conduct site inspections and promptly resolve technical or operational issues.
• Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory control.
• Document site activities (daily reports, diaries, etc.).
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients as required.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.

Education

Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (construction/engineering projects)
• Good knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required
