Job summary

Grand Nation Builder Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor (Structure) to oversee on-site structural construction activities.

You will ensure concrete, steel, reinforcement, and formwork follow approved drawings, while maintaining schedule and quality standards. The role requires at least 2 years in structural supervision; strong drawing interpretation, leadership, and communication to coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and project managers.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Structure) to oversee structural construction works on our site. You will ensure all concrete, steel, reinforcement, and structural elements are built safely, on time, and strictly according to approved engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

Supervise & Inspect: Oversee daily structural works on-site, including concreting, formwork, rebar structural layout, and steel framing.

Drawing Compliance: Check and ensure all works follow approved structural drawings and specifications.

Quality Control: Monitor material quality and workmanship to minimize defects and re-work.

Safety First: Enforce site safety rules and ensure workers maintain a safe working environment.

Coordination: Coordinate closely with sub-contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve site issues quickly.

Progress Reports: Keep daily site records and report progress to the Project Manager.

Job Requirements (What we are looking for):

Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in structural supervision (high-rise, commercial, or residential projects).

Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Traits: Good communication, leadership skills, and the ability to handle sub-contractors effectively.

Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Tuaran Bypass.
