Job summary

Grand Nation Builder Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor (Structure) to oversee on-site structural construction activities.

You will ensure concrete, steel, reinforcement, and formwork follow approved drawings, while maintaining schedule and quality standards. The role requires at least 2 years in structural supervision; strong drawing interpretation, leadership, and communication to coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and project managers.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Minimum 2 years of structural supervision experience.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site structural works including concreting, formwork, rebar layout, and steel framing.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material quality and workmanship to minimize defects.
• Enforce site safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Maintain daily site records and report progress to Project Manager.
