Job summary

BMM Builders Sdn Bhd in Klang Valley seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee reinforced concrete and wet work on residential and commercial projects. You will lead on-site operations, ensure compliance with plans, specs and safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain progress and quality.

The role requires a civil engineering qualification and 1–2 years of site supervision experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
• 1–2 years site supervision experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Knowledge in RC work, wet work, and construction detailing is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work at sites with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word; basic AutoCAD is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in high-rise building construction will be given preference.

We are a growing RC and wetwork subcontractor company based in Malaysia, currently operating across multiple construction sites in Klang Valley and other regions. Established in 2022, we specialize in reinforced concrete works, labor supply, and full wetwork packages for both residential and commercial building projects.

JOB VACANCY

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Scope:

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations for reinforced concrete and wet work projects.
