Job summary

Swis Resources is seeking a site-in-charge to monitor electrical cabling site work and manage the on-site team for TNB projects in Kulai. You will ensure progress aligns with the plan, arrange crew before site visits, and liaise with clients on work arrangements.

The role requires a background in construction with a preferred Chargeman A1 certificate and at least 1 year of experience; contract-based employment with health insurance and promotion prospects are offered.

Qualifications

• SPM/Competent Certificate Chargeman A1 (preferred).
• At least 1 year experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• To monitor site work (project, maintenance and breakdown) and team (foreign worker).
• To ensure the site progress as per planning.
• To arrange team before going to site.
• To communicate with client on work arrangement.
• To prepare and submit daily report.
