Job summary

Tekpol Electrics Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical installation works at project sites in Melaka. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure works meet drawings, specifications and schedules.

Responsibilities include planning manpower and materials, monitoring safety and quality, preparing progress reports, and liaising with consultants and suppliers while travelling between sites as required.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience supervising electrical works at construction sites.
• Able to read electrical drawings and understand site installation requirements.
• Willing to travel between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical works and ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, main contractors, consultants and suppliers.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or installation issues.

• Ensure all work complies with safety requirements and relevant electrical regulations.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Willing to travel between project sites when required.

Applicants with Wireman or Chargeman certification will have an added advantage.
