Job summary

Swis Resources is seeking a site supervisor to monitor electrical cabling project work, oversee site teams, and ensure progress aligns with plans.

You will prepare daily ERP reports, arrange crews before site visits, and communicate work arrangements with clients to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in construction.
• SPM/Competent Certificate Chargeman A1 (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor site work and team (foreign worker).
• Ensure the site progress as per planning.
• Do site related report using ERP system.
• Arrange team before going to site.
• Communicate with client on work arrangement.
