Job summary

LIM EMPIRE HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily construction activities at project sites, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications and schedules.

You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor progress, maintain quality and safety, and prepare site reports. Accommodation is provided for outstation assignments; strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Malaysian candidate required.
• Experience in electrical wiring and installation works.
• Knowledge and skills in air conditioning installation, servicing, and maintenance.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
• Possess a valid driving license (preferred).
• Able to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Inspect construction works to ensure the required quality and workmanship standards are achieved.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and other technical documents.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports and other relevant site documentation.
• Monitor the usage of construction materials, manpower and equipment at site.
• Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with the Project Manager or relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and other relevant parties when required.
• Maintain good housekeeping, site organisation and overall site coordination.
• Perform other duties related to site supervision as assigned by the management.

Location: SERI MANJUNG PERAK & KUALA LUMPUR

Job Requirements:

Malaysian
