Job summary

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with main contractor and subcontractors, perform inspections, manage materials, and report delays.

Diploma or degree with 2 years' experience and ability to read drawings are required; own transport and Sendayan, Seremban work

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction.
• Experience in landed residential housing projects is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with main contractor and subcontractors to ensure works are on track.
• Verify works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure deadlines and quality.
• Report discrepancies or delays to supervisor.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Adhere to safety standards and best practices.
