Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years site engineering experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Able to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on project execution.
• Review construction drawings and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment required for site operations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all works comply with quality control requirements.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and company safety policies.
• Assist in the inspection and handover of completed works to clients.
• Maintain proper site records, documentation, and reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
