Job summary

NCT ALLIANCE BERHAD is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to coordinate on-site activities in Sepang, Malaysia. You will oversee site progress, subcontractor performance, and site organization to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, monitoring progress, supervising construction work, managing material deliveries, and ensuring safety on site. Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2–5 years' experience is preferred. Ability to work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years relevant working experience.
• Experience reading structural drawings and supervising site installations.
• Familiar with MS Project.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
