Job summary

Vizione Holdings Berhad is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil and structural construction works, including concrete and earthworks. You will monitor progress, quality, and safety, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years' experience in construction, plus knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil/construction roles.
• Experience with AutoCAD/BIM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for civil and structural works.
• Monitor progress, workmanship quality and compliance with drawings, specs, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, and non-conformance matters.
