Job summary

KGS Paint & Waterproofing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Puchong, Selangor. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure safety, quality workmanship, and on-time delivery across paint and waterproofing projects.

The role requires at least 3 years in construction supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction supervision.
• Preferably with paint and waterproofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and Malaysia regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to various sites.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on site.

KGS Paint & Waterproofing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship and professional service delivery across all our paint and waterproofing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on site, including scheduling of labour, materials and equipment
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company safety standards
• Monitor the quality of work and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Manage and communicate with subcontractors, workers and other site personnel to maintain productivity and discipline
• Prepare and maintain accurate site records, progress reports and documentation
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding project progress, issues and changes
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential safety hazards or quality concerns
• Manage site resources, tools and equipment efficiently and responsibly
• Address and resolve on-site conflicts and performance issues promptlyEnsure environmental regulations and waste management protocols are followed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction supervision, preferably with paint and waterproofing projects
• Female supervisor is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations and best practices in Malaysia
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints and technical specifications
• Solid understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
• Competence in using construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites
• Certification in occupational safety and health (OSH) or equivalent qualification is advantageous
• Proven track record of completing projects on schedule and within budget
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
