Job summary

Geo Works Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to join our Klang Valley construction teams. Reporting to Safety Officer and Project Manager, you will ensure health, safety and environmental standards are upheld on-site and promote a culture of safe working practices.

This full-time role requires hands-on inspection, training and collaboration with contractors and clients to manage risks and incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Possess valid yellow book or OYKSSS.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels of staff.
• Working sites may be located across Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia).

• Monitoring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Providing training and support to site personnel on safety best practices.
• Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents that occur.

• Collaborating with the site management team to continuously improve safety standards.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and other external stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate with main-contractor and client for any safety requirement.
