Job summary

PDI DESIGN & TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensure safety at the site, and collaborate with the main contractor for workflow sequencing. The role requires coordinating material deliveries and reporting site issues to project leadership.

Responsibilities include inspecting works for quality, assisting planning and scheduling, compiling site reports, attending management meetings, and being willing to travel to outstations as needed.

• Managing sub-contractors and suppliers attendance and activities.
• Enforcing workers to obligate site rules & safety during works at site.
• Co-ordinate with subcontractors & main contractor for workflow sequence
• To update / report site issue to Project Executive & Designer
• To receive & check materials arrived at site
• To do inspection & quality checking for completed works by subcontractors
• Assisting Project Executive with planning work activities
• Completing site reports and other records
• Attending site management meetings
• Organizing work schedule
• Willing to travel to outstation whenever is required
