Job summary

Golden Touch Space Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable site supervisor for interior fit-out and renovation projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will read drawings, coordinate schedules, supervise workmanship, and liaise with clients and project teams. Travel to project sites is required, with flexible hours as needed.

Applicants with a valid driving licence and own transport are preferred. CIDB Construction Personnel Registration is required, or you must be willing to obtain it when required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction-site supervision.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
• CIDB Construction Personnel Registration or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and coordinate project schedules, manpower and daily site activities.
• Schedule and coordinate contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, progress and site issues.
• Prepare progress, quality and issue reports and communicate with clients and internal teams.
