Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site-based professional with a minimum of 3 years in the interior design industry to oversee daily site activities and coordinate with project stakeholders. You will lead on-site teams, ensure safety and schedule adherence, document progress, and maintain quality standards across materials and workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in Interior Design Industry.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Initiative, able to work in team, willing to learn and work independently.
• Good communication, self-motivated and interpersonal skill.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor daily site activities including site measurement, site visit and report to Project Manager progress of work, Includes, day to day managing of workers, sub-contractors, machinery/equipment’s and materials on site.
• Managing supervised site related matters including site work arrangement, leading of site workers, coordination with sub-con, execution of work in a safe manner, arranging necessary meeting and discussion to update and resolve site issue accordance with schedule and drawing specifications.
• Assists the office team in the documentation for claims, daily site report, taking site progress pictures, checking and taking of site measurements, checking of claim's quantity material's quantity needed at site.
• Coordinating and ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications.
• Preparing work schedules, ensure projects are carried out according to work schedule and quality standard / work in tight schedule and deadline.
• To record and report to the Project Manager for daily work progress and any site issues.
• Ensuring company's machinery, tools and equipment are properly handled and well maintained.
• Minimizing material site wastage and monitoring work labour's efficiency.
• Upkeep of site condition and good site management.
