Job summary

Golden Touch Space Design Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a site QA/QC inspector with at least one year of interior fit-out or construction experience. You will conduct inspections, read drawings and material specs, and coordinate with contractors to maintain quality before handover.

Must hold CIDB Construction Personnel Registration or be willing to obtain it; a valid Malaysian driving licence and own transport are required as you will travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Able to read construction drawings and material specifications.
• Detail-oriented with good reporting and coordination skills.
• Valid CIDB Construction Personnel Registration, or willingness to obtain it when required.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence and own transport.
• Mainly required to travel to different project sites based on project locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections based on approved drawings, material specifications and company quality standards.
• Prepare inspection reports, photographs, defect lists and rectification follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and the site team to close defects before handover.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and support pre-handover inspections.
