We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to manage and supervise daily construction activities at various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily site activities
• Directly instruct and supervise site workers
• Plan and arrange daily manpower, materials, tools and machinery
• Ensure workers understand work requirements and carry out works correctly
• Monitor workmanship, progress and site safety
• Read and understand construction drawings and ensure works are carried out accordingly
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other parties on-site

Requirements:

• Good practical knowledge and experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of general construction and site works
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Experience supervising and managing site workers
• Able to give clear instructions and organise daily work effectively
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to travel frequently to project sites
• Possess a valid driving licence

This is a site-based position. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with site workers, provide daily instructions and ensure work is carried out correctly and on schedule.
