Job summary

San Niche Interior is seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to join our team in Malaysia. This role offers on-the-job training and exposure to interior fit-out and construction projects. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, with Mandarin-speaking communication a key expected skill.

Ideal candidates will have a related diploma or degree, be willing to travel to sites, and possess basic AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge. Full working rights in Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in construction-related field preferred.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
1–2 years experience in interior fit-out or construction helpful.
Interest in interior fit-out, construction, project coordination, and site-based work.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
Mandarin-speaking users: role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients/contractors.

Responsibilities

Coordinate & monitor daily site activities.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers & project team.
Monitor project progress, quality & materials.
Assist with drawings, documentation & site reports.
Resolve and follow up on day-to-day site matters.
