Job summary

MAXTHON M&E SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply and will receive on-the-job training and guidance to develop hands-on experience coordinating on site.

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in construction projects are also welcome.
• Interest in construction, project coordination, and site-based work.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
