Job summary

V Block interior Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on renovation site supervisor to oversee daily works at multiple sites. You will ensure work complies with drawings, schedule, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and designers. Strong carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge is essential, with reading drawings ability a must.

English/Bahasa Malaysia communication is required; Mandarin is a plus. Fresh candidates with renovation knowledge may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior renovation / construction site supervision preferred
• Good knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, painting, tiling and other renovation works
• Able to read basic construction/interior drawings
• Responsible, organised and able to solve site problems independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel between sites
• Able to communicate in English / Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
• Fresh candidates with renovation knowledge may also apply

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily renovation works at site
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and quality
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and designers
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Take site measurements and check dimensions before work starts
• Arrange and monitor material delivery
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with the team
• Conduct quality checks and ensure defects are rectified
• Take site photos/videos and provide regular progress updates
• Ensure site cleanliness and proper protection of completed works
• Monitor project schedule and ensure works are completed on time
• Attend site meetings when required
• Handle multiple renovation sites when necessary
