Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or related field to join our project management team. This role focuses on coordinating and supervising construction, renovation, interior design and M&E projects, ensuring clarity of instructions and timely delivery.

You will oversee project execution from start to finish, coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and contractors, prepare schedules and reports,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, coordination or supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and drive if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise project execution from start to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure work is completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve on-site issues when necessary.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Education

Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or related field

Atleast 1 year of experience in project management, coordination or supervision (Construction, Renovation, Interior Design and M&E )

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to understand and follow instructions, prioritize, and work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools

Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel (if required)
