Job summary

San Niche Interior is seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for individuals aiming to build a career in interior fit-out and construction, with fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply.

On-the-job training and guidance will be provided to support your growth. You will coordinate daily site activities, liaise with subcontractors and project teams, monitor progress and quality, and assist with drawings and site reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of interior fit-out/construction experience welcome.
• Interest in interior fit-out, construction, project coordination, and site-based work.
• Basic knowledge of construction and site practices advantageous.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate and write in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Chinese-speaking candidates required due to client interactions.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Ability to start work immediately is advantageous.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
