Job summary

Holtop Construction Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure compliance with drawings and schedules, and maintain safety and quality on site.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage workers and coordinate materials across multiple project sites. CIDB Green Card is an advantage; own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

This is a site supervision role responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities, ensuring work meets project specifications and schedules, and maintaining site safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workers
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Coordinate and manage site labour
• Check and ensure quality of work meets project requirements
• Enforce site safety rules and practices
• Report site progress, issues, and delays to the site engineer
• Assist in site inspections and defect rectification
• Monitor materials usage and site housekeeping

About you

• Relevant site supervision or construction experience preferred
• Good communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively
• Must have own transport and a valid driving licence
• Willing to travel to different project sites when required
• Possession of a CIDB Green Card is an advantage
