Job summary

TE DINAMIK SDN BHD is seeking a site supervisor to read construction drawings and coordinate site works at various construction sites. You will attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other parties, and oversee transport of workers to sites.

You will monitor daily progress, coordinate materials and manpower, supervise workers, ensure safety, and perform related duties as directed by the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand construction drawings and coordinate site works accordingly.
• Attend and coordinate site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
• Arrange and transport workers to assigned construction sites.
• Handle and resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with the relevant parties when necessary.
• Monitor and record daily work progress, including taking site photos and providing daily updates in the designated WhatsApp group.
• Coordinate materials, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Supervise workers and ensure works are carried out according to schedule and site requirements.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
