Job summary

Heross in Malaysia is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and coordinate on-site teams across trades, ensuring work progresses as planned. You will monitor progress, verify compliance with drawings, specs and method statements, and uphold safety, quality, and accurate site documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction works.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure proper work progress.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Check the quality of workmanship and materials used on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management.
• Monitor project progress and report delays, issues, and site conditions to the Project Manager/Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or non-conforming works.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, equipment, and site resources.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, inspection records, and other required documentation.
• Assist with setting out, measurements, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities where required.
• Ensure housekeeping and proper storage of materials and equipment on site.
• Identify construction problems and assist in finding practical solutions.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and site issues.
• Follow up on rectification works and ensure outstanding items are completed.
• Support project completion, inspections, testing, handover, and preparation of as-built information.
