Job summary

Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safe, efficient completion of projects and adherence to plans and schedules.

You will supervise workers, contractors, and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and maintain accurate site records for timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of site safety and industry regulations, especially plumbing.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Conduct regular site inspections and enforce adherence to construction plans and designs.

Collaborate closely with the project manager, engineers, and other team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Maintain accurate site records and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted timely.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, site safety, and industry regulations, especially in plumbing.

Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field is an advantage.
