Job summary

UTRACON STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS SDN BHD invites dynamic individuals to join our team for site operation roles in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and 1-2 years of site operation experience is preferred.

Bahasa Malaysia and/or English are required to communicate with on-site teams and stakeholders. The role involves liaising with contractors, attending site meetings, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety compliance.

• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Handle site accidents in accordance with established protocols.
