Job summary

PentagonPlus is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor in Selangor to oversee daily site operations, ensuring post-tensioning works meet drawings and quality standards.

You will lead field teams, enforce safety protocols, maintain site records, and report progress to the Project Engineer. Relocation support is provided for project moves.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in construction projects; post-tensioning experience is a major plus.
• SPM / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent is preferred.
• Willing to relocate based on project/site requirement.

Are you a hands-on Site Supervisor with a proven track record in construction? We are looking for a practical leader to oversee daily site ops and ensure every cable and strand meets spec. If you have 2-4 years of experience and are ready to hit the ground running, we want you on our team.
