Job summary

UTRACON Structural Systems Sdn Bhd, a leading specialist construction group in Malaysia and Singapore, invites dynamic individuals for site operation roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years site experience is preferred, with safety and multitasking skills highlighted.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in handling site operation.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with main contractor, consultant, client and operation team to ensure timely project completion.
• Attend site meetings and help resolve site matters.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works follow schedule.
• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Handle site accidents following established protocols.

Our services generally include Prestressing Works, Design & Construction of Concrete Structures, Heavy Lifting, Bridge Construction, Dywidag Bars, Structural Repair, Stay Cable Systems, DSI Post-Tensioning Systems, and Precast works.

Pre-requisites:

1-2 years experience in handling site operation.

To perform job duties & heavy lifting where only men are allowed

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Experiences in Construction or Pre-Stressing will be an advantage.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or/and English.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Responsibilities:

Liaise closely with the main contractor, consultant, client, and the operation team to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Attend site meetings and help to resolve site matters.

To monitor site progress and to ensure all works are done as per schedule.

Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol by sites
